He focuses on delivering business value for the organizations with demonstrating leadership. He got his Ph.D. in computer science and years after studied digital marketing to bridge marketing and software to deliver digital solutions. He works on digital solutions for various organizations.

Dr. Ulger was an executive for the multinational organization’s technology divisions. He was board member of EURIPIDES², which is one of the ICT EUREKA Cluster, promoting the generation of innovative, R&D projects in Smart Electronic Systems.
